I wanted to purchase this, but samples to listen were not available. Some of these music workout cds are just not what they represent and for 20 + dollars I'm not goin for it.

Doesn't get any better for fitness music

Great hi energy Trance music with a consistent beat and outstanding mixing. It also comes with two MP3 download tracks that are perfect for loading on iPod and MP3 players because there is no annoying skip between songs! No other fitness music seems to have this feature that is a great added value. Power Music knows what they are doing for this kind of music. No wonder... they have been the leader in making fitness music for group fitness instructors for 19 years.
