Great plot and solid gameplay but not for the easily bored

Persona 4 is a great game. The graphics are great for a PS2 game and the voice acting is ok. The game starts off slow with a lot of video and not many choices for the 1st couple of hours. However, the opening sets up the plot for the game, and the plot the where the game shines brightest. The low point of P4 comes from the repetitive gameplay once you get into the middle of the game and have to start leveling your fighting skills. This may turn off those who are not used to Japanese RPG's or who are easily bored. For those who stick it out, the story told by the game is worth the time spent.

Fun to play, Personas confusing.

This game is fun to play and adds life to the Playstation 2. I do find the persona creating confusing, but, I'm sure I'll be able to figure it out. I reccomend this game to all RPG players and also to those who enjoy decision making games. A lot of work went into this game and it shows. Buy it. You'll like it.

A Unique RPG

Persona 4 is an excellent RPG which I would recommend to anyone. It is unique in many ways. It is part Sim and part RPG, this turns out to be an excellent combination. The game never gets boring and leveling up is easy and the battles are really fast. The end result is that the battles are fast and fun and you never have to grind to become more powerful.
